I am in charge of 2 websites, https://sibu.website and https://sharetea.my/uat, UAT environment test. I had almost completed the UAT on https://sharetea.my/uat.

Both websites are using the same server and the same coding except the cert directory, seller ID and exchange ID.
However, while testing indirect message, https://sibu.website returned empty values of all variables. Please see the screenshot below.
The screen returned Your Data cannot be verified against the Signature. ErrorCode :[09].
While testing https://sharetea.my/uat, indirect message is working properly.

I had spent at least 20 hours on https://sibu.website, wondering why the values are empty on indirect message.
I had checked the codes over and over again, tested the codes at 2nd server, applied different wordpress theme (the same theme as used in https://sharetea.my/uat), changed the location of the cert directory, redid everything twice, cleared the cache in browsers, ran the codes in different browsers, etc but I still got the same error – all variables returned with empty values.
Could you please check at your end if all settings are correct?
